Epsom salt, also known as magnesium sulphate, is a chemical compound composed of magnesium, sulfur, and oxygen.
It is commonly used to treat various ailments, including constipation, insomnia, and fibromyalgia. The reported benefits of Epsom salt are largely attributed to
its high magnesium content, a mineral that many people are deficient in.
Add 1 to 2 cups of Epsom salt into your bathtub while it fills up with warm water. We suggest soaking in an Epsom salt bath for at least 10 minutes to reap the potential benefits.
An Epsom salt bath is known to ease pain and relieve inflammation, making it beneficial in the treatment of sore muscles, bronchial asthma, and migraine headaches.
For Purgative purposes: drink 2 tablespoons on an empty stomach with 250 ml lukewarm water early in the morning.
